Description

Primary Responsibilities

IPS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to handle the full spectrum of needs for our large accounts in the National Accounts Branch. This role will be responsible for managing sales, project execution, and service operations for key clients. The Key Account Manager will work closely with customers to understand their security integration needs, develop tailored proposals, and oversee project delivery from start to finish.

 

Essential Functions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for large key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction with all security integration solutions.
  • Lead the full cycle of account management, including sales, project management, and service operations, to meet client expectations and business objectives.
  • Meet with customers to assess their security needs, gather project specifications, and develop comprehensive proposals that align with their goals and budget.
  • Oversee project execution from start to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accountability for sales and project management quotas, driving revenue growth through effective account management and solution delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to deliver seamless security integration solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, security technologies, and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or project management, preferably within the security integration or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering high-value projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on delivering projects and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience managing and scheduling technicians or field staff is a plus.
  • Ability to develop detailed proposals and negotiate with clients to close deals.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
