National Accounts Director

AMAROK is a recognized leader in perimeter security, offering advanced electric fencing solutions across North America. We are looking for a National Accounts Director to develop strategic growth plans, manage key national accounts, and drive revenue increase through strong client relationships and sales expertise.

Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales leadership and teams
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Comfort with frequent overnight travel (3-4 days per week)

Responsibilities

  • Engage regional and key personnel to identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts with guidance from sales leadership
  • Assess and resolve customer needs and issues
  • Develop and manage account plans to meet milestones and objectives
  • Promote referral programs and obtain reference letters
  • Log all sales activity in Salesforce.com following best practices
  • Establish sales forecasts and pipelines leveraging CRM data
  • Meet key contacts at corporate headquarters quarterly or more

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
