Responsibilities

- Lead matrix team meetings to ensure collaboration, decision-making, risk management, and resource alignment.
- Participate in governance and portfolio planning to aid strategic decision making.
- Communicate complex project information effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Resolve complex problems with strong interpersonal skills and maintain positive working relationships.
Education
- BS degree in life sciences required.
- MS or PhD preferred.
