Job Summary:
The Configuration and Implementation (New Build) Specialist for the Risk Strategies Employee Navigator Team will be responsible for configuring and implementing Employee Navigator for new clients. This role involves ensuring that the platform is accurately configured to meet specific requirements, testing configurations for functionality, and collaborating with internal teams to support seamless implementation. This position is not client-facing but requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and experience with benefits administration technology.
