A Day in the Life

As Project Coordinator IV, you will support the regulatory activities for the Peripheral Vascular Health product portfolio.

Role and Responsibilities

• Supports global product renewal for and makes sure global product licenses are renewed before expiry date
• Supports new product registration in target markets and aligns approval date with business globalization commercialization plan
• Maintains global registration trackers for assigned tasks
• Supports global tenders and other non-registration requests and maintains trackers for assigned requests
• Meets regional RA groups as needed per assignments to finalize submission strategies and timeline
• Leads to gather required information from internal supporting teams and/or external vendors per assignments

Must Have; Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years experience in a project coordination or operations role

• Knowledge of global regulatory requirements
• Working knowledge of global regulatory submissions
• Regulatory Affairs Certification
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Familiar with Regulatory Affairs Domain (RAD)
• Experience with MAP Agile
• Proficient invoice management and tracking (Smartsheet)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with SharePoint maintenance

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$62,400 - $93,600

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
