THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic individual to join our Product Organization as a Chief of Staff & Senior Program Manager. This role will act as a critical support to the leadership team while driving key cross-organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Manage and facilitate executive-level meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Drive strategic projects and cross-organizational initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and reports to track progress and identify risks.
  • oordinate communication and collaboration between various departments and stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for executive review and decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Facilitate product monthly metrics reviews, product backlog meetings, monthly product all-hands meetings, and annual roadmap planning initiatives.
  • Plan and organize both in-person and virtual events at the pod and organizational levels.
  • Administer internal tools such as the Atlassian suite, Google Workspace, and Productboard.
  • Support the monthly product release process
  • Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion and integrity.

THE SKILL SET:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Program Management, or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS: 

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology.
  • Experience in a product organization or technology industry.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
