About the role
We're looking for a Chief of Staff to help our growing team scale. This is a great role for anyone who wants to get in the weeds of how fast-growing AI companies operate and help create systems to scale those operations across every domain-- from sales to recruiting. We're looking for someone to not just help run the business, but also a tinkerer who's interested in learning how to build and use AI agents to help automate workflows.
Responsibilities
Enable our recruiting, onboarding, and ramping up of new employees
Interface with our customers for billing and legal processes
Manage our finance, billing, and tax workflows
Automate repeatable workflows in the company (using Agents)
Help assess SaaS vendors and areas where we can be more efficient
Qualifications
2+ years in consulting, finance, or operations role
A technical or technical-adjacent background
Bonus
Can speak to or relate with highly technical audiences.
Have worked on a B2B SaaS tech company or startup
