Palliative Care Physician (Palliative Care)

Utah Valley Hospital – Provo, UT

About this role:

We are searching for a Palliative Care fellowship trained physician to join our Inpatient team of providers at Utah Valley Hospital.

What you’ll bring:

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • Completion of a US-based ACGME accredited residency and Palliative Care fellowship training program
  • Board certification or eligibility in Palliative Care
  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

It is a short 45-minute drive from Salt Lake City, which hosts a variety of professional sports and cultural events.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$7.25 - $999.99
