Dental Front Desk - E 61st

We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Dental Front Desk professional to join our vibrant dental team located on E 61st Street. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing all front desk operations in a busy practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Manage appointment scheduling and optimize patient flow.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, and policies.
- Verify patient insurance and manage billing/collection processes.
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records and confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the practice.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a dental front desk role is required.
- Familiarity with dental insurance plans and billing processes.
- Proficient in dental practice management software and general computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on experience
