Join our team as an Patient Account Representative. In this role as a Patient Account Rep II, you will be responsible for:

• Resolving regulatory and commercial accounts.
• Facilitating the analysis and research of EOB’s to problem solve outstanding accounts.
• Analyze credit balances and issues refunds as necessary.

This position has the ability to be a remote work from home after on site training for approximately 3 months at our Mineral location in Centennial Co.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• 2 years computer experience, strong customer service skills.
• Prior office experience in a healthcare environment, medical terminology, and the ability to multitask and prioritize, preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required 

Schedule: 7:00 AM -3:30 PM Mon-Fri (This schedule is during training only) Regular schedule after training, hours can start from 6 am till 6 pm during business days (Mon-Fri) 40 hour work week.

Physical Requirements- Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)

Pay Range

$18.42 - $28.04 / hour
