Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Manager, Sanitation Policy. As Senior Manager, Sanitation Policy, you will have three primary responsibilities. (1) You will be responsible for writing, updating, communicating, and upholding clear sanitation policy and procedures, ensuring that practices across all business lines will meet industry standard and business specific certification requirements. (2) You will own, drive, and roll out long term continuous improvement projects to improve sanitation efficiency, cost, and service. (3) You will partner with cross functional stakeholders to execute on root cause and corrective and preventive action analyses.
You will...
● Serve as Sr Manager of Sanitation Policy across all business lines and locations.
● Responsible for ensuring that all sanitation procedures are updated, maintained and communicated clearly, to ensure sanitation program success.
● Own and roll out long term continuous improvement projects designed to improve sanitation efficiency, cost, and service.
● Support the Technical Operations team in execution of the sanitation program procedures by providing guidance, support, and partnering to resolve opportunities quickly.
● Support the FSQ Operations team in the execution of validation activities and verification checks to ensure sanitation cleans are completed successfully.
● Partner on root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action plans as needed, cross-functionally to resolve opportunities and improve the sanitation program.
● Conduct audits of the sanitation program to ensure policy is written effectively, execution is completed successfully, and validation & verification activities are completed accurately.
● Proactively support building the most effective sanitation program possible within the business.

You have...
● Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
● Lean/Six Sigma certification, preferred
● SQF Practitioner certification, preferred
● Preventive Controls Qualified Individual, preferred
