Responsibilities
- Define and champion the B2B platform vision to support long-term growth and partner satisfaction.
- Drive business planning and manage strategic roadmaps balancing short-term needs and long-term scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Care Operations to prioritize and launch platform initiatives.
- Lead innovation of internal tools to streamline workflows for customer success, sales, and account management teams.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics to advance data infrastructure supporting enterprise reporting and insights.
- Serve as primary contact for product-related partner escalations, managing both immediate solutions and long-term improvements.
- Define success metrics, evaluate performance, and continuously optimize platform impact.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
