Responsibilities
- Serve as the authoritative expert on credit data sets, understanding client needs and product capabilities
- Manage and develop a team of analysts fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Define product roadmap and prioritize backlog for credit data products
- Advocate for client needs and align internal teams around the product vision
- Gather and communicate market intelligence regarding credit data
- Collaborate with Data Operations team to meet quality and efficiency goals
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress and roadblocks
- Provide training and support for new team members
- Participate as a subject matter expert in client and prospect interactions
- Support company vision and participate in company-wide initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CFA charter holder strongly preferred
