Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end experience for POCs and early customer deployments
- Develop onboarding and success playbooks tailored to AI Shopping Assistant
- Identify friction points in the customer journey and lead cross-functional efforts to address them
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across customer teams
- Deliver insights and recommendations based on customer feedback and usage patterns
- Define success metrics and report on health, risk, and expansion opportunities
- Advocate for customers internally to shape the product roadmap
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Relevant certifications in product management or customer success preferred
