Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality virtual mental health counseling, conduct assessments, collaborate with care teams, and maintain accurate documentation for K-12 students.
Skills: Active LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Virginia, experience in school-based settings, strong tech proficiency, effective communication and organizational skills, and telehealth experience preferred.
Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience working with school-age children, flexibility to obtain additional licensure in other states preferred, and bilingual candidates in desirable languages are a plus.
Location: Remote, available in multiple U.S. states including VA, FL, CA, and more.
Compensation: $47 - $54 / Hourly

The Role: Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (VA)

As a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (Virtual), your primary responsibility will be to provide quality mental health care to students within our partner school districts. You will interact and build relationships with school personnel, family members, and other stakeholders working to bring accessible healthcare to students nationwide.
Schedule: This is a part-time W2 permanent position with summers off, requiring 12 hours minimum per week.This position offers a set weekly schedule, with consistent hours each week. You can choose your preferred hours between Monday and Friday, starting any time after 4 p.m EST.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $47.50 - $54.00 for all hours paid equally (no shows, training, sessions, admin, etc.) as a W2 employee plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus! This bonus will be paid in two installments: $500 at the start and $500 at the 6-month anniversary, contingent on verification of your active license in Virginia.
