Responsibilities: Conduct initial mental health intakes and assessments for K-12 students, collaborate with other therapists, and provide ongoing virtual counseling as needed.
Skills: Must have an IL license as an LISW, LMFT, or LMHC, with a working knowledge of children's mental health needs and proficiency in technology.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years licensed experience in IL and eligibility for additional licenses in multiple states preferred.
Location: Remote, available for therapists located in specific states including IL, CA, TX, and others.
Compensation: $90 - $95 / Hourly

Total compensation for this role is market competitive - $90-95 per session hour, $30 per no show, $40 per hour for onboarding. Please Note: As a 1099 independent contractor, you will not receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or access to Hazel’s retirement savings contributions. You are responsible for managing your own taxes, securing your own equipment, insurance, and other work-related equipment and expenses.
