Responsibilities
- Formulate and publish SIEM tool content and IDS/IPS signatures
- Perform security event and incident correlation
- Analyze and assess damage from cyber incidents
- Conduct cyber incident trend analysis and reporting
- Identify anomalous activity and potential threats
- Create and implement detection rules for intrusion detection
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- DoD 8570 certification with IAT Level II
- CNDSP-A or CNDSP-IR certifications
