Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (PST or EST Hours)

Full-Time | Tech-Focused | Fast-Paced Environment

We are seeking a driven and experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and other technical roles. You will partner directly with hiring managers and clients in tech-driven industries to identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact talent. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, startup-friendly environment and comes from a staffing or RPO background.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including engineering, IT, and product

  • Conduct technical interviews and candidate assessments

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and external clients to understand hiring needs

  • Maintain an organized and proactive pipeline using ATS tools

  • Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies, interview flows, and recruitment KPIs

Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing firm

  • Ability to conduct and evaluate technical interviews

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse)

  • Must be able to work PST or EST hours

Preferred Experience:

  • Recruiting for SaaS, fintech, or healthtech companies

  • Familiarity with distributed or remote-first team environments

  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
