We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to take charge of interview logistics and candidate communications in a high-volume environment. In this role, your mission is to keep the hiring process organized and responsive—ensuring every candidate has a smooth, timely, and professional experience.

🔍 What You’ll Do
Coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones
Own candidate communications: confirmations, rejections, updates, and follow-ups
Keep our ATS (Recruiterflow or similar) clean, current, and well-documented
Draft job descriptions and manage applicant intake across multiple roles
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on timelines and touchpoints
Suggest improvements to coordination workflows and candidate-facing templates
✅ What You Bring
1–2 years in a recruiting support, HR coordination, or scheduling-heavy role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven time management across multiple teams and high-volume requests
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS tools (Recruiterflow, Lever, etc.)
Full-time availability in PST or EST time zones
