Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include achieving sales quotas, establishing MagicSchool's presence in target districts, building strong relationships with educational leaders, managing complex procurement processes, and collaborating with internal teams to customize solutions for clients.
Skills: Candidates should demonstrate strong work ethic, excellent relationship-building abilities, effective communication, and leadership skills, along with a proven track record in sales within the EdTech sector.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include being a top seller in prior roles, having experience in strategic and enterprise-level business dealings in the education technology field, and possessing deep connections within the industry.
Location: This position is remote but requires residency in North Carolina or South Carolina.
Compensation: $110000 - $150000 / Annually

The Account Executive will play a crucial role in introducing large and complex school districts in the Carolinas (US) to MagicSchool. By effectively developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, the AE will ensure that our platform is procured to alleviate teacher burnout and enhance student learning. This role requires a proactive approach to tailoring our offerings, working both internally and with clients, to secure MagicSchool as the solution of choice amidst competitive pressures.
For this role, you must reside in NC/SC.
