In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through live chat on our website. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Monitor chat queue and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or support role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure
