We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as an On Site or Off Site Live Chat Support. This role will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers via live chat on our website. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat
Assist customers with product information, order status, and technical issues
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of CRM systems and live chat software is a plus
