We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Flexible Live Chat Support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns
Assist customers with product recommendations, order status, and technical support
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during all customer interactions
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience with live chat support software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
