Senior Customer Success Manager

The Senior Customer Success Manager will drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy while working cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and product integration.

Skills

  • Strong customer success best practices and process definition

Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate onboarding activities for new customers
  • Develop and manage Customer Success Plans with defined goals and KPIs
  • Manage account escalations and provide timely resolution
  • Advise customers on new GitLab features and support training recommendations
  • Mentor junior Customer Success Managers to improve team expertise
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve integration and adoption challenges
  • Lead training sessions and documentation for customers and internal teams
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the GitLab platform and promote adoption of complex solutions

Education

  • Relevant higher education degree or equivalent experience
