Role:  In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Consultant
Seeking: Million dollar+ Flooring Sales Professional
Location: The Greater Augusta area

We are looking for a knowledgeable and skilled Million Dollar Flooring Sales Consultant to join our team. This role requires expertise in flooring products, materials, and design to effectively guide clients in selecting the perfect solutions for their spaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in flooring sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver a seamless, in-home consultation experience.

Design Associate, Perks and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities as an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate:
  • Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects.
  • Flooring Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of flooring materials, styles, and trends to educate clients and recommend the best options for their space.
  • Sales System: Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software.
  • Relationship Building: Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Sales Experience: 2+ years of in-home/ outside sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Flooring knowledge is a must.
