Responsibilities
- Execute movement of ocean and air freight shipments from booking to final delivery
- Maintain communication with transportation and warehousing partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Flexport
- Ensure shipments move on time and handle exceptions appropriately
- Use metrics to identify improvement opportunities and deliver performance
- Validate shipment data quality and track client shipment status
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures to meet KPIs and SLAs
Education
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree OR 1+ year of relevant experience (New grads encouraged)
