Responsibilities
- Maintain sample room inventory by ordering and replenishing samples
- Handle client sample requests both in person and over the phone
- Support the wholesale sales team and assist with visual showroom aspects
- Gather and ship samples to clients
- Maintain and stock the showroom floor, including merchandising
- Manage showroom collateral such as marketing materials and supplies
- Greet retail clients and assist with purchases and packaging
- Inspect and verify incoming stock shipments
- Provide support for showroom requests and client events
- Monitor and order inventory for the retail boutique
