Responsibilities
- Own strategy and planning for critical cross-organization projects.
- Align Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success around revenue goals.
- Lead revenue operations roadmap and forecasting processes.
- Audit, optimize, and standardize operational processes and workflows.
- Implement and enhance revenue technologies such as CRM, MAP, CPQ, and BI tools.
- Build and maintain centralized revenue analytics and executive dashboards.
- Oversee cross-functional project management and lead cross-departmental teams.
- Develop and lead RevOps and Programs team with clear roles and growth paths.
- Drive adoption of RevOps tools and best practices through training and continuous improvement.
- Prepare executive communications including board materials and presentations.
- Provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
