Client Care Manager

Friendship Hospital for Animals is seeking a dedicated Client Care Manager to lead their client-facing operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing operations across Primary Care and Specialty & Emergency locations
  • Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and pharmacy operations
  • Supervise and develop Client Service Representatives and Dispensary Technicians
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Resolve client concerns with empathy
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance client experience

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Degree in Veterinary Science or related field preferred
