We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through live chat. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support
Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
