Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for part-time and full-time Out-of-School Time (OST) and Teacher Residency roles.
- Design and execute equitable, candidate-centered hiring processes.
- Manage referral program including tracking bonuses and communications.
- Post and maintain accurate job listings across multiple platforms.
- Conduct thorough and consistent reference checks.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to build talent brand awareness.
- Support strategic partnerships and attend career events to attract diverse candidates.
- Manage recruitment-related budgeting, expenses, and forecasting in collaboration with finance.
- Maintain recruitment data using Greenhouse and ensure process adherence.
- Contribute to Talent Team initiatives and special projects.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
