Responsibilities
- Oversee 24/7 support operations and manage the call rotation
- Assist and escalate technical troubleshooting involving software, conveyor controls, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Implement and report on support metrics to drive improvements
- Establish best practices for software support and coordinate with Engineering
- Manage client support sales operations including contracting and billing
- Hire, mentor, and develop team members ensuring organizational transparency and accountability
- Act as escalation resource for support inquiries and emergencies
- Drive process improvements across client support functions
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
