Role Overview

The most ideal person for this role is a creative genius who sees the world differently and has the rare ability to translate breakthrough technology into cultural moments. You're the type of person who still gets chills watching Apple's 1984 commercial and understands that great creative work doesn't just sell products - it shifts how humanity sees itself.

What You Will Work On

  1. Brand Universe Creation: Craft Delphi's visual and creative identity as we become the most recognizable brand of the AI era. Build a brand system that captures the magic of conversing with history's greatest minds while feeling accessible to everyone.

  2. Launch Campaign Strategy: Design breakthrough marketing campaigns that introduce the world to digital immortality. Create the "1984 moment" for AI clones - work that people will reference decades from now as the campaign that changed everything.

  3. Video & Content Production: Produce launch videos, product demos, and brand films that capture the zeitgeist. Edit content that goes viral not because of algorithms, but because it moves people. Create the visual language for a new era of human-AI interaction.

Preferred Abilities

  • Proven track record of creating culturally defining creative work at top-tier agencies or brands

  • Deep understanding of what moves people - from music selection to pacing to emotional storytelling

  • Mastery of video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling across all platforms

  • Intuitive grasp of internet culture, memes, and what makes content spread organically

  • Experience launching products that became cultural phenomena

  • Strong point of view on brand positioning and the courage to take creative risks

  • Understanding of music licensing, sound design, and how audio shapes emotional response

  • Ability to work directly with founders and translate technical concepts into compelling narratives

  • Experience managing creative teams and external production partners

  • Some campaigns will inevitably fail as we experiment with new creative territories
