About the Role

Delavan Holdings is seeking a Lead Social Media Content Creator to drive engaging content across our portfolio of brands. This full-time, in-office role combines on-camera creativity, content development, and team leadership. You’ll coach and manage a network of regional content creators, helping each brand find its voice across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a Creative Team

  • Serve as the main point of contact for local content creators at regional locations
  • Provide posting schedules, templates, coaching, and feedback
  • Track content quality, brand alignment, and on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with contributors and escalate issues to the Creative Director when needed

Create Scroll-Stopping Content

  • Be a primary on-camera personality for short-form videos like Reels, TikToks, and Stories
  • Capture video and photo content on-site at multiple business locations
  • Direct and encourage team participation in on-camera content
  • Produce static images and story-based content for daily and promotional posts

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with other creators, video editors, and camera crew to bring ideas to life
  • Brainstorm social campaigns and pitch creative ideas for a range of industries
  • Work closely with marketing team members to align content with larger campaigns

Represent the Brand

  • Accurately represent each brand’s tone, voice, and personality
  • Adapt content by platform and stay ahead of trends and algorithm changes
  • Engage with social media followers through comments, messages, and responses

Travel & Flexibility

  • Drive to various locations for content shoots (company vehicle provided)
  • Be flexible with availability, including during business hours or special events
  • Attend monthly review meetings to evaluate campaign and event success
  • Assist with local events as an on-site marketing contact
     

Requirements

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Comfortable and confident on camera
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing
  • Strong grasp of platform-specific trends and short-form video formats
  • Leadership experience and the ability to coach creative contributors
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Rush (or similar) and mobile editing apps
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, photography, or relevant experience

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed
