Description

Servbank is looking for a driven and meticulous Marketing professional to become a key member of our team. In this role, you will contribute to the bank's success by supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of diverse marketing campaigns aimed at fostering growth and enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate is a highly organized multitasker who excels in dynamic environments, seamlessly handles multiple projects at once, and consistently meets deadlines.


We are specifically seeking candidates with strong experience in data mining, data and marketing analytics, and the ability to work within CRM (Client Relationship Management) systems such as nCino. This role requires someone who can extract and analyze client data to help create targeted, insight-driven marketing campaigns, while also managing day-to-day marketing activities like email campaigns, social media, and mailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and track various marketing programs tailored to banking services and products.
  • Leverage CRM systems (e.g., nCino) to extract client data and develop focused marketing strategies.
  • Use data mining and analytics to inform campaign design and measure performance.
  • Support internal and external communications, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
  • Create and manage tear sheets for various banking products and services.
  • Develop email campaigns to promote banking products and services, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Drive digital and social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, compliance approvals, and engagement monitoring.
  • Develop and execute paid social media ads targeting banking customers.
  • Assist in blog content planning and advertisement coordination, focusing on financial topics.
  • Coordinate tradeshow and event planning, including sponsorships, logistics, registrations, vendor coordination, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage award submissions and coordinate related marketing efforts to highlight the bank's achievements.
  • Collaborate with internal  teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing-related role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong experience in data mining, marketing analytics, and working with CRM systems (e.g., nCino).
  • Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience using Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with content marketing, social media management, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Thorough knowledge of the top social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to independently drive projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical proficiency and analytical mindset to support data-driven marketing decisions.
