Finance Project Manager

DaVita is seeking a talented Finance Project Manager to join the National Hospital Services team. The Finance Project Manager will spearhead our strategic financial modeling and pricing initiatives related to growing our business, support our Growth and Operations team on special projects and implement processes that align with our strategic goals. This role reports to the Manager of Finance for Hospital Services.

Responsibilities

Business Strategy Financial Modeling:

  • Create business recommendations informed by data-driven analysis of our pricing strategies to support the decision-making process.
  • Maintain and improve Proforma modeling to provide the right information to drive action for evolving needs
  • Evaluate processes to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and problems as well as collaborate with stakeholders to identify appropriate solutions
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, think creatively, generate and test hypotheses

Business Partnership:

  • Successfully manage relationships with senior business leaders and influence diverse groups of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Regularly present models, findings, and research to Director+ leadership
  • Partner with internal and cross-functional leaders and peers on project initiatives
  • Provide support and training for operational business leaders to build financial acumen and drive accountability

Process implementation:

  • Partner with operations, growth & finance teams to identify and build processes and find financial solutions
  • Serve as the key business lead with finance partners to design, develop and test new solutions

Qualifications

  • Experience leading business transformation initiatives from concept through implementation with tangible impact on operating/financial performance
  • Demonstrated competence in structural business process/workflow design analysis, project management, and performance improvement experience required
  • Demonstrated skills to organize, direct and lead special projects
  • Demonstrated quantitative and logical thinking skills
  • Highly fluid with financial modelling; advanced in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills including written, oral and presentation
  • Excellent time and resource management abilities
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field

Travel Required: Up to 5-10% nationally.

Salary/ Wage Range

$82,000.00 - $121,000.00 / year
