The RF Engineer Role:

• Assist in the design, simulation, and prototyping of RF circuits and subsystems, including antennas, filters, amplifiers, and wireless communication modules to support new product features and capabilities.
• Conduct testing and characterization of RF performance using tools such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, systems, and software engineers) to integrate RF and electrical components into product designs, identifying and resolving issues related to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), signal integrity, and power management.
• Support documentation, validation, and troubleshooting activities throughout the product development lifecycle, including design reviews, test reports, and failure analysis to improve design robustness.

This is a full time, exempt, non-supervisory role reporting to the Sr. Director, Engineering and Product Development.  This role is remote with travel up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications you bring:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer, or similar study

·        2-3 years of experience working with PCB layout, design schematics

·        2-3 years of experience designing PCBs in Altium

·        Solid experience using hand tools and testing instruments

·        Ability to solder small hardware

·        Legally authorized to work in the United States
