Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performance Sales Engineering team.
- Define and execute the operating model in partnership with Sales.
- Provide technical escalation support and engage with enterprise buyers.
- Improve and scale project design systems and processes with Design team.
- Automate and streamline cross-departmental workflows and software implementations.
- Enhance project management operations including QA/QC tracking and scheduling.
- Develop forecasting dashboards, tools, and KPI reporting for Sales Engineering, Design, and Project Management.
- Own forward planning and resource modeling for all functions.
Education
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
