Responsibilities
- Own the vision for scalable technical processes and systems aligning with business goals.
- Partner with Revenue, Product, Engineering, Pricing, and Legal teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to improve and automate Revenue processes, reducing technical debt.
- Evaluate and prioritize process or system changes based on Revenue objectives.
- Oversee architecture, implementation, and enhancement of systems like Salesforce and Workato.
- Maintain data accuracy, system interoperability, and timely delivery across integrations and workflows.
- Lead teams providing education and troubleshooting for Revenue systems and processes.
- Coach and develop high-performing teams fostering operational excellence and innovation.
- Prepare clear executive communications on project status, risks, and strategic impact.
