Finance & Operations Director

Note: This position requires working onsite at our New York office Tuesday through Thursday.

About the role:

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and systems-savvy Finance & Operations Director to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll sit at the intersection of Finance and RevOps—owning core financial processes, driving operational rigor across the revenue engine, and partnering with go-to-market and leadership teams to scale sustainably.

This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to shape financial and operational strategy as we enter our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance -

  • Own monthly financial reporting and forecasting processes in partnership with the VP of Ops

  • Develop and maintain models for revenue forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning

  • Track and analyze business KPIs and unit economics to inform strategic decisions

  • Support board reporting, fundraising processes, and financial audits

  • Optimize spend, headcount planning, and ROI across go-to-market functions

  • Partner with accounting to ensure accurate close processes and financial integrity

Operations -

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product to improve the full GTM funnel

  • Drive pipeline, bookings, and retention reporting, and uncover insights to drive growth

  • Own GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, etc.) and ensure data integrity and automation

  • Streamline and scale lead-to-cash processes and compensation modeling

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Operations, BizOps, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS company

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets required

  • Familiarity with AI workflows, GTM tech stack and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, BI tools, etc.)

  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

The base salary range for this role is dependent on the employee’s experience and working location: $150,000 - $190,000 base salary
