Responsibilities
- Provide daily and monthly reporting and analytics for Operations including dashboards and variance reports.
- Serve as Oracle Subject Matter Expert supporting ad hoc and standard reporting plus user training.
- Assist in annual budget development, quarterly OpEx reforecasting, and capital/lease board meetings.
- Manage CAM recovery, tenant expense pass-throughs, and track capital expenditures and property taxes.
- Generate executive-level budget summaries and support forecasting alignment with field teams.
- Track financial performance of amenities, utility chargebacks, payroll, and IT allocations.
- Collaborate across Accounting, Property Management, and Finance departments to ensure data accuracy.
- Support process documentation and streamline reporting workflows.
Education
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
