We're looking for one of our first Sales Engineers—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and wants to shape not just product, but the company itself.
We’re looking for a Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between product and customer. You’ll be the technical voice in the sales process—partnering with Account Executives, demoing the product, answering complex questions, and shaping solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll also influence product direction with real-time market feedback.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role that requires a mix of technical acumen, curiosity, and customer empathy.
Partner with sales to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations
Own the technical validation process with prospects—POCs, integration planning, security reviews
Serve as the voice of the customer in product conversations
Create and maintain technical enablement materials (FAQs, demo environments, solution docs)
Develop deep expertise in our product and its ecosystem (APIs, integrations, architecture)
Help establish and evolve SE best practices as the team grows
Have 2–5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar technical pre-sales role
Have worked in a SaaS company, ideally at an early or growth stage
Are comfortable explaining APIs, architecture, and integrations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Love working closely with customers to understand their workflows and solve real problems
Thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly as things evolve
Are organized, proactive, and excited to help build process where there is none
Background in software engineering, product management, or customer success
Experience in Data Infrastructure
Familiarity with REST API, GraphQL API, no-code automation tools like zapier, n8n and make.com. Additional languages like html, css
