Customer Success Manager

Cordance is committed to assisting B2B SaaS companies in realizing their growth potential by providing tactical and financial guidance. They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen customer relationships and drive account growth.

Skills

  • Ownership and accountability in achieving outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Develop understanding of WebPresented products and articulate their value
  • Build and execute Customer Success Plans
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
  • Measure and report on account health and business objectives
  • Provide updates and advocate for customer needs
  • Collaborate to ensure excellent customer experiences throughout the lifecycle

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Relevant certifications in customer success or account management are a plus
