Job Description
Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated team-player with excellent customer service skills. This position is a great (PAID!) learning experience for a student interested in a Controlling field in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include
• Assist to internal users in the plant to follow up clearing of invoice to solve in VIM
• Support the clearing of purchaser orders.
• Request account statements to vendors to reconcile GR/IR accounts.
• Support fix asset and month end closing activities as needed.
Qualifications
Interns must:
• Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
• Be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior in status at a 4-year University
• Have a relevant major in Accounting, Business, HR, Marketing or other related field
• Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Be Able to adhere to company policies
• Manage confidential information
• Have required work authorization
