Job Summary

This divisional role within Comcast Business is responsible for delivering financial and operational analysis to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. The position identifies risks and opportunities, ensures accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and company policies, and plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with regional teams and oversight of finance staff and processes.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to support annual and long-term business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial and operational performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align financial planning and forecasting efforts across the organization.
• Manage and monitor capital expenditures (CapEx) to ensure alignment with divisional financial goals and compliance standards.
• Support business unit leadership and cross-functional teams with financial insights, reporting, and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and GAAP; regularly review and update internal procedures for consistency and accuracy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Finance staff; oversee daily operations and provide performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
• Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
