College Possible is seeking a full-time Advising Specialist to support high school students in navigating their path to college through personalized coaching and resources in Milwaukee, WI.
Responsibilities: The Advising Specialist will guide students through the college application process, provide direct student support, track student progress, and collaborate with educational partners to promote student engagement and success.
Skills: Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in advising or mentoring, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in education or related fields, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience in teaching or mentoring, is required.
Location: The position is based in Milwaukee, WI with no additional travel required.
Compensation: $23 - $23 / Hourly

The Advising Specialist is responsible for providing support to high school students who are seeking to earn a college degree in the areas of college exploration, the college application process, financial aid, scholarships, career exposure, campus connection, and more via in-person and virtual methods in both group and 1:1 settings.
