Your Role as Development Coordinator
We're seeking a highly organized, detailed-oriented, and committed Development Coordinator who will function as a key member of the Wisconsin external relations team, working closely with the Grants Specialist, Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Senior Director of Development, and Executive Director to achieve annual revenue goals. This role will focus primarily on supporting College Possible's individual giving, but will also support other fundraising activities on the external relations team. This role will manage all fundraising operations including database management, gift processing, direct mail campaigns, and event support. This role will also have the opportunity to build relationships with donors and manage campaigns. The successful candidate has a mind for data, exceptional customer service skills, and is detail-oriented and highly organized.
This role will also collaborate with the Program Director to support data integrity and integration between impact and external relations. Primary data analysis functions will ensure that our site's data remains up-to-date and accessible, improving strategic decision-making for leadership, strengthening our ability to communicate impact to donors and external partners, and aligning our local goals with national initiatives.
