Responsibilities: Guide and educate high school juniors and seniors in the college application process, financial aid, and career exposure, while providing direct student support in various settings.
Skills: Experience in advising, mentoring, or coaching, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft and CRM systems are required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, social or human sciences, or related field; 1-3 years relevant experience preferred.
Location: This position is located in Milwaukee, WI, and requires 25 hours of work per week with flexibility.
Compensation: $23 - $23 / Hourly

Your Role as Advising Specialist - College Access
The Advising Specialist is responsible for providing support to high school students who are seeking to earn a college degree in the areas of college exploration, the college application process, financial aid, scholarships, career exposure, campus connection, and more via in-person and virtual methods in both group and 1:1 settings.
This is a part-time position requiring 25 hours per week working with juniors and seniors enrolled in College Possible's program.
