At Coco Robotics, we’re dedicated to perfecting the last-mile delivery experience. We strongly believe the industry in its current state is massively under-serving merchants, so we’re building a frictionless, reliable, consistent, and sustainable solution for merchants and their customers in cities everywhere.
The Talent Acquisition team is Coco’s first touchpoint with every future employee. We partner with Engineering, Operations, and Product leaders to identify hiring needs, craft a best-in-class candidate experience, and move quickly to bring diverse, mission-driven talent on board. In this role you’ll be the operational backbone of the team—owning interview logistics, ensuring data accuracy in Ashby, and providing white-glove support to both candidates and hiring panels. We have a strong in-office culture at Coco; the Recruiting Coordinator will work five days per week from our Venice headquarters.
Coordinate complex, multi-stage interview schedules across time zones using Ashby, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
Own end-to-end candidate experience: confirmation emails, pre-briefs, day-of hosting, and feedback collection.
Maintain clean, accurate data in Ashby and generate weekly recruiting dashboards for Talent and Exec leadership.
Partner with Recruiters on pipeline health checks, SLAs, and process improvements (e.g., structured interview kits).
Lead offer-letter generation and background-check initiation in collaboration with People Ops.
Champion Coco’s employer brand by crafting job ads, social posts, and event collateral that echo our mission and values.
Manage recruiting operations projects such as referral drives, interviewer calibration, and DEI sourcing events.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates—responding to inquiries, providing timely updates, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects Coco’s hospitality mindset.
1+ year in a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or high-volume Scheduling role.
Proven mastery of Google Calendar and videoconferencing tools; comfortable juggling 30-40 interviews per week.
Experience working in an ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) with a passion for data accuracy.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—equally comfortable emailing a CEO or briefing a candidate.
High attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
Prior experience supporting technical recruiting or university programs.
Familiarity with Ashby analytics, HRIS systems, and generating reports in Google Sheets.
Event-planning background (on-site meet-ups, virtual info sessions).
The targeted base salary range for this role is $60,000 – $80,000 USD per year, depending on experience.
Employees are also eligible for Coco’s comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, incentive stock options grants, 401(k), and a flexible time-off policy.
Coco is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and experiences. We encourage applicants of all races, genders, ages, abilities, and identities to apply.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
