In-House Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping
Own end-to-end bookkeeping, including preparation of accurate monthly and annual financial statements
Lead twice-monthly transaction reviews with company leadership to ensure clarity and control
Customize financials to include key metrics (from sales tracker sheet) and review with ownership
Prepare rolling tax projections and planning in collaboration with the owners
Track and reconcile budget-to-actual performance and flag key variances proactively
Revenue & Payments Reconciliation
Reconcile revenue across multiple sources: Ignition, Chase Bank, and our internal sales tracking sheet
Manage monthly reconciliation of customer billing and corresponding staff payments
Reconcile commissions paid to recruiters based on placement outcomes
Oversee monthly adjustments to ensure accurate billing and compensation allocations
Payroll, Onboarding & Incentives
Process biweekly payroll for both internal team members and offshore staffers
Manage new hire onboarding in Gusto, ensuring accurate setup for all employees
Maintain and update our company-wide incentive plan tracking and management accruals
Maintain and update our CAS commitment bank program and management accruals
Process final pay & reimbursements
Cash Management & Payables
Oversee all bill payments and ensure timely disbursements
Monitor and manage credit card paydowns for Chase and Ramp accounts
